Privacy policy
Last updated: June 2026
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Zentoko AI, LLC ("Zentoko", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit zentoko.com, join our early-access list, or use the Zentoko application at app.zentoko.com (together, the "Service").
Zentoko is a software platform that helps businesses and creators plan, generate, and publish marketing content and manage their digital brands — including content published to social media accounts you choose to connect. By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Information you provide
Early-access list. When you join our waitlist, we collect the email address you submit and the page you submitted it from.
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are handled by Stripe; we receive limited billing details (such as plan, status, and the last four digits of your card) but never your full card number.
Brand and content data. We store the brands, settings, prompts, and content (text, images, and video) you create or upload, along with your posting schedules and notes.
Information from connected accounts (social platforms)
The Service lets you connect third-party accounts so Zentoko can publish content and report performance on your behalf. Supported platforms include Facebook and Instagram (Meta), TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Pinterest, Bluesky, and Threads.
When you connect an account, you authorize that platform to share information with Zentoko through its official login (OAuth) flow. Depending on the platform and the permissions you grant, we may receive: an access token; account, page, or profile identifiers and names; the content you choose to publish through Zentoko; and engagement or performance metrics such as follower counts, post reach, and ad results.
For Meta specifically, this can include the Facebook Pages you manage, any Instagram business account linked to those Pages, and — if you choose to connect them — ad accounts and their performance data. We request only the permissions needed for the features you use, and you choose which accounts to connect.
How we use information
We use the information above to:
- operate the Service and the features you request, including publishing the content you create to the accounts you connect and scheduling it for the times you choose;
- generate marketing assets (copy, images, and video) using AI tools, based on the brand details and prompts you provide;
- show you analytics and reporting drawn from your connected accounts;
- process payments, provide support, send service and account emails, and send launch or product updates you have opted into;
- secure the Service, prevent abuse, debug problems, and comply with law.
Platform Data and compliance
Information we obtain from Meta and other social platforms (“Platform Data”) is used only to provide and improve the features you request. We handle Platform Data in accordance with each platform’s developer terms, including the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
We do not sell Platform Data, transfer it to data brokers, or use it for purposes unrelated to operating your account, and we do not use the content of your connected accounts to build advertising profiles. Access tokens are stored encrypted, access is restricted to the systems and personnel that need it, and tokens are revoked and deleted when you disconnect an account.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Social platforms you connect — to publish your content and retrieve the metrics you ask us to display.
- Service providers (sub-processors) who process data on our behalf under contract, including Amazon Web Services (cloud hosting, database, and file storage), Stripe (payments), OpenAI and Google (AI text and image generation), ElevenLabs and fal.ai (AI voice and video generation), and Amazon SES / Resend (email delivery).
- Legal and safety — when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
- Business transfers — if Zentoko is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
Data retention
We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Connected-account tokens are retained until you disconnect that account or delete your account. We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Your choices and data deletion
You control your data:
- Disconnect an account at any time from the Platforms screen in the app; doing so revokes and deletes that access token and stops further data collection from that platform.
- Delete your account from My Account in the app. This begins deletion of your account, brands, content, and connected-account data; a short grace period applies so you can cancel an accidental deletion.
- Request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information — or unsubscribe from updates — by emailing info@zentoko.com. You can also unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
Deleting Facebook or Instagram data
To delete data associated with a connected Facebook or Instagram account, disconnect that account on the Platforms screen in the app, or email info@zentoko.com identifying the account. We will delete the associated Platform Data and access tokens. Zentoko also honors data-deletion requests received through Meta.
Security
We protect your information using encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, restricted access controls, and reputable cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of material incidents where required.
Analytics and children
On our website we use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages people read and which calls to action work. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or tracking.
The Service is intended for businesses and adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above; material changes may also be communicated by email.
